Human Resources / AdministrationAbout the Role
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and people-focused professional to join our team as a Front Desk Coordinator & Employee Experience Assistant. This role is the welcoming face of our organization and plays an important part in creating a positive employee and visitor experience.You will serve as the primary front desk contact while also supporting Human Resources operations and coordinating employee engagement events. If you enjoy interacting with people, staying organized, and helping create a great workplace culture, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Front Desk & Office Coordination
- Greet employees, visitors, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner- Answer and route incoming phone calls
- Manage mail, deliveries, and visitor check-in procedures
- Maintain the front desk, lobby, and common areas
- Provide general administrative support across departments
HR & Administrative Support
- Maintain confidential employee files and HR records- Assist with onboarding and new hire paperwork
- Respond to routine employee questions regarding policies and benefits
- Support payroll and HR administrative processes
- Assist with audits, documentation, and HR projects
Employee Events & Engagement
- Help plan and execute employee events such as appreciation activities, celebrations, meetings, and wellness initiatives- Coordinate vendors, catering, supplies, and logistics
- Manage invitations, RSVPs, and event communications
- Support event setup and breakdown
- Track event budgets and invoices

- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High level of discretion with confidential information
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to learn HR and payroll systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required- Associate’s degree or coursework in HR, business, hospitality, administration or related field preferred
- Experience in front desk, administrative, HR support, or event coordination roles
- Experience in a manufacturing or office environment is a plus
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting and working on a computer- Ability to lift up to 25–40 lbs occasionally (event supplies, packages)
- Ability to move throughout the facility as needed

COMPENSATION:
$21-$23 PER HOUR (depending upon experience)
